We have just spent two weeks holiday at villa golf breeze. Our stay was of complete enjoyment. Trust me this is villa of the top range. The pool is larger than most and extremely clean and warm. The villa was also very well equipped and clean. The beds are great we both slept through the night from day one. We had our 48th. Wedding anniversary during our stay and if the villa had not been something special I would have said. The web site is one of the best you will see. Communications are very good and  friendly  from Mr & Mrs G.Leighton the owners. Have no fear to book this home from home.

Elba Golf Hotel and Golf Club is only a short stroll away from the Villa. There is an excellent restaurant and bar with a wine cellar the Savoy would be proud off.  One of the restaurants overlook the driving range and the golf course and serves sumptuous lunches. You can also take an afternoon tea in the courtyard.

Fuerteventura is the the second biggest in size after Tenerife. With only 24 days of rain per year, crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches it is a perfect destination year-around. In August there are Windsurfing Championships held at Jandia Beach. It has been known to be called the "European Hawaii" for windsurfing and Kite surfing. If you want to learn either windsurfing or kite surfing there are schools at Corralejo sand dunes, Jandia Beach and El Cotillo on the north of the island. Lanzarotte can be seen across the water and a short ferry crossing will make a pleasant day out.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Breakage deposit of £200.00  is required. This must be included with the balance cheque payable on the same cheque . Deposit is refundable upon your return after satisfactory confirmation form our Management Agent.All breakages will be charged to the guests so please report anything you find upon your arrival immediately to the management company.

§	Please note that as the villa is on the grounds of the Golf Course rules apply to noise and code of conduct suitable for this type of environment.

§	Please note that the Golf Course is only 20 minutes drive from the Airport therefore some aircraft noise will be present as some aircraft fly over the town before landing. None of the aircraft fly over Caleta De FUSTE AFTER THE TAKE OFF.

§	Please supply your own beach/pool towels

§	Both Golf Courses are now finished and operational.

§	All maintenance work to the villa e.g.pool cleaning twice a week and mid week clean is necessary and essential therefore we will appreciate your co-operation in letting our people perform their duties during your stay.

§	We cannot be held responsible for any work being carried out near by by our neighbours as we are in a residential area of the golf course.

§	To secure bookings a deposit of £200.00 is requested with balance payable 8 weeks before departure. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure will require full payment at the time of booking and payment must be made by bank transfer only.

§	CANCELLATION POLICY: 8 weeks before departure or more - lose of a deposit. Cancellations made within 8 -6 weeks prior to departure date 50% cancellation fee. 6-0 weeks prior to departure date -100% cancellation fee.

§	Please make sure that you have travel insurance at the time of booking to cover any cancellation charges due to medical emergencies
